Is There Really Anything As a Dream Job?

“I want to find my dream job.” This is what we’ve heard someone say. If we are being completely blunt, we’ve made this statement at one point or the other at various stages of our career.

It often feels like there is a lot of pressure in life to find your dream job. So many people out there talk about how they’ve found a job that they are passionate about and others feel like they deserve that as well, which is only fair. The Jokers In Your Hand To Launch Your Career

It’s not what you know. It’s who you know. You’ve probably heard the saying countless times, uttered with a sneer of disgust. When it comes to moving your career forward, there are two schools of thought.

The first one believes that you can only get a promotion if you know the right people, meaning that you’re less likely have earned your new position by merit. When The Path To Following Your Dreams Feels Lonely

Walking home on my way after work a few weeks ago, a little lonely, I couldn’t help but hum ‘All my Friends‘ by Snakehips, Tinashe and Chance The Rapper for over 10 minutes as I inched closer to the Subway station. Then I thought it was about time to listen to the song in depth.

I took out my phone, opened the Spotify app and scrolled down to one of my favorite songs, at least at that moment (because honestly, I love any pop music!). I felt this calmness in my soul afterward and actually felt happy to be all alone.
