You are likely to have heard of so many people talking about ride sharing at the moment. It is big business at the moment, and you can definitely have a slice of that financial pie if it fits in with you and is of interest to you. The good news is that it is something that can fit in with life as it can be done at literally any time, and done anywhere.
If you’re studying and only have some time in the early hours of the morning when your assignments are done, then you can do it. Want to do it on weekends? No problem. With ridesharing and the variety of apps that you can use to do it, you can earn as much or as little as you like, and it is all on your terms, with no commitments if you can’t make time for it for one week, but have plenty of time the next.
Property Management
Getting into a property, whether it is to manage rentals or flip houses, is something that we all know is going to be pretty lucrative. But as experts like Paul Ognibene will tell you, you need to have a little know-how to get it right so that you can make the most money that you can. Money is needed up-front, or at least the ability to get a mortgage, so that is something to think about, to see if it is going to be worth it for you.
Start a Blog
Starting a blog is something that can be a great side hustle, as you can start it as a way to journal and can be a hobby. You definitely need to see it that way, though, as it isn’t an instant money-maker. Growing a blog to the point where you can earn a good income from it does take time. It can be a lot of work, so you do have to enjoy it. So for the long term side hustle where there is no pressure to be immediately making money, then there is plenty of potential.
